Our girls...

We love books!

Our little Miss Sawyer "might not ever sleep thru the nite...EVER" Jane Vrbas. Yeah, we've added a new middle name. We know it's a bit long, but it's pretty fitting... =)

Cheesetastic!

Miss Curly Sawyer

I do believe we have some BEAUTIFUL girls!

Sawyer photo shoot!

Our little babe is 7 months old already! She's really starting to get quite a personality. An ornery one! (The apple didn't fall far from the tree there... the 'tree' being her dad of course!) She scoots around everywhere now. She's close to figuring out how to actually crawl on her hands & knees instead of on her tummy. We had to go get a baby gate today! She's growing up way too fast!!

Gotta' love conversations with a 4 yr old...

The following is a conversation between Peytie & her daddy:

While playing their nightly game of Old Maid, Peytie looks down & notices bruises on her daddy's legs. She says,"Daddy, what happened to your legs?"

Daddy: "I was working cows today and I got kicked about 85 times!" (He embellishes a little I think!)

Peytie: "Why?"

Daddy: "Well, you have to push a whole bunch of baby cow's through the chute & they don't want to go through the chute because they know what's at the other end."

Peytie: "Yeah... LAUNDRY."

;o)
Well, not the right 'chute' but close...

Haircuts & Field Day...

Peytie & I got "much needed" haircuts last Tuesday before heading to Field Day in Wauneta. Thanks Ashli! We love 'em!!

Peytie had a blast at her 1st field day! The preschoolers did a few events. (Foot race, sack race & an obstacle course.)

Peyton & Halle Bardsley were attached at the hip all morning. It was pretty cute!

Getting ready for the sack race...

Run, RUN!!!!

Cuddling with Nana

The whole group, listening to Mr. Wilson explain how to do the obstacle course.
