Our current remodeling project...

Last weekend was a busy one at the Vrbas household. Joe & I made a trip to Menards on Saturday to get all the supplies for our new deck. But the first project on Sunday was to take down the old one. I think Joe, Jerry & Rodney had fun with the destruction!

It looks so weird without anything there! Now comes the tedious job of framing & building the new deck!! YAY!

Peytie had fun jumpin' on the tramp we got from cousin Tori (who kinda' grew out of it...) Thanks Tori, we love it!!

4 JW's Benefit!

A group of us have put a benefit night together for our good friends, the Weiss'. We're hoping to help with some of their medical & travel expenses.

Easter pics - yes, a couple...ok, a few weeks late...

Well, things here at the Vrbas household have been a little hectic lately. So I'm just getting around to posting the pics from Easter day. We really enjoyed the day. After attending church, we had lunch with all the family at G-ma Elaine's and then had supper with my Mom, Hank & G-ma Betty.

Our first trip on the S.S. Teal Tuna Boat!

We finally got to take our boat out on the pond today. We decided to take Em (Jaime & Jason's dog) out with us too! She's been a little lonely lately. She had a blast watching all the geese and did surprisingly well on the boat.

*However, note to self: Perhaps it's not the smartest idea to take a bird dog out on a boat when there's geese sitting on the water!*

I just wanted to post the VERY EXCITING news!!

Our good friends, Jason & Jaime Weiss had 2 beautiful babies today! We would like to welcome Jaysek Lee & Jensyn Lynn in to the world. And how special that you will now share a birthday with your daddy!

We are so happy for you & your parents! We are praying for you every minute and are so excited to meet you in person! We hope you are all well!
